Roostertail
We don't know if anyone has noticed, but an old Merc on a Sande Ace is capable of throwing a roostertail, albeit a very, very small one. Here's a picture of Ed zipping on Hood Canal last summer with his daughter and grandkids.
Look at those individual prop blade splashes to the rear of the boat! Ed's pretty sure the motor was in the first tilt hole. Zack sits low in the rear seat and loves to hang his arm over to feel the spray.
